SS Seabreeze I - Dolphin Cruise Line

The SS Seabreeze was built in Italy in 1958 for Costa Cruise Line as their Federico C. She went on to become the original Big Red Boat for Premier Cruises. In 1989, she was turned over to Dolphin Cruises and renamed Seabreeze.

Seabreeze is 21,900 tons. 605.4 feet long. 79 feet wide with a 29 foot draft. She is driven by steam turbines and is registered in the Bahamas with Greek Officers and an International crew.

Dolphin Cruise Line has been consolidated into a new company along with Premier and Seawind Cruise Lines. The new company adopted the most recognized name of the three, Premier and has incorporated all of its vessels under this banner. In spite of the name, this is NOT the same company that originally became “the Official Cruise Line of Walt Disney World” in the 80’s.

Seabreeze continues to sail for Premier, but with a new, handsome livery, a dark blue hull with gold accents. She looks better than ever!
